- 1. Cash On Delivery. Pay the full amount to the courier who will deliver your order.
- 2. By Bank Transfer. Transfer the total amount of the order to any of our bank accounts.
- 3. Via Card. You can use your credit, debit or prepaid card and complete the purchase securely online. For orders over 90€ there is the possibility to pay in 2 or 3 interest-free instalments via credit card.
- Orders are dispatched using various courier companies.
- Shipping time is 1-3 working days for orders within Attica, given that purchased goods are readily available.
- If a product from your order is not in stock, we will contact you to replace it or to remove it
- For orders outside Attica (including inaccessible areas) the estimated delivery time is 2-5 working days.
- Shipping for orders over €38 is free of charge*. For orders under €38, shipping cost is €2.50. The cost of cash on delivery is €2 regardless of the order’s amount.
All our customers reserve the statutory right to return the purchased item(s) within fourteen (14) calendar days after the day on which the order is received and request a product replacement or a refund. The above right is valid only in case the products are in their original condition (without having been used whatsoever) and the packaging of the product itself is unworn. Proof of purchase should be included too. If any of the above conditions don’t apply, our company reserves the right to deny product(s) replacement or refund. The process of refunding the money to the customer's bank account could take up to 7 days. Refunds are returned via the buyer’s original payment method and any charge from the bank is solely borne by the customer/buyer. The cost of returning the product(s) to our headquarters is also borne solely by the customer/buyer.
