Choose the desired BOX NOW Locker from the map.

STEP 3
When your parcel is dropped at the BOX NOW Locker, you receive an SMS with the PIN that opens the Locker.
Informations
- Your parcel will wait for you at the BOX NOW Locker for 48H. You can extend this period online by calling BOX NOW Customer Care 211-1005301
- You may track your order through BOX NOW website.
- Free Shipping for orders above 50€, for orders less than 50€ the shipping cost is 2€.

Returns
If you have placed your order using BOX NOW and want to return it, please write your parcel ID (10 digit number) on the parcel or use the shipping label that came with your original parcel. Find your nearest locker, bring your parcel to it, input your parcel ID on the pin pad and press OK. The door will automatically open. Put your parcel inside and close the door! That’s it! If you have placed your order using another delivery service and you want to return it using BOX NOW, just press the button below and follow the instructions!
